Our Snap-On Tool guy was in today and they have some fantastic clocks, one of which he thought the club members might be interested in--a Cobra (red) and is willing to donate it as a prize---I thought that maybe if a few or sevferal people were interested in it maybe we could have a lottery drawing that the entry would be a order for a clock and the lucky winner would get this one free and his( or her) money back and the clock. The others would get clocks but the cost would be (I think) Around $75. Does this sound interesting to anyone?

Rich M bring those tickets you used for the Bears raffle! $1 for one ticket and $5 for 6. How does that sound? I need a clock for my "Garage Mahal".

Hi everyone,
Saturday’s weather looks drop dead gorgeous for the WCCC annual picnic. As you probably know, we are unable to attend due to a family wedding. So, have fun, be safe and keep the rubber on the road.

Frank, sorry to hear that you won't be there. Missed ya last night too.
BTW, did you mean 'leave' rubber on the road?

Jeff,
The choice to keep or leave the "rubber on the road" is yours. Have fun everyone and be safe.

Thank You, Sue And John!
GREAT PICNIC again this year!
Wonderful weather, wonderful people, wonderful food and drink and most of all, wonderful hosts. A big thank you to Sue and John!
There is only one thing everyone seemed to be disappointed in and was the very reason the turnout was so great, the sight of Wolfie doing the "hutchie-cutchie" in his Lederhosen! I'd seen a dozen women just itchen' to get rid of their dollar bills, willing to tuck them into the cracks and crevices of that famous German's garment. But, NOOOOOOO, they had to walk away with frowned faces but with hope and anticipation that perhaps next year Wolfie will not disappoint them again.
Let's also all thank Arcenio and Sue for providing those deliciously spicy RAW fish dishes and for keeping companies like Preparation H and Imodium AD in business. If cramps get unbearable, call Blas's wife Gail, a super nurse, and she'll fix you up with a dose of Lomotil until you can call your own doctor Monday morning.
I wanted to get a lot more personal about the great times had by all but realize that Blas, the site's moderator, would censor any lewd remarks I might inject into this post.
Thank you everyone for another great WCCC picnic!

Great food, great folks, great fun. Thanks again to John and Sue for hosting the picnic and to everyone who provided food, prizes, "entertainment", etc.
On a sadder note: Peggy was devastated to see that Wolfie did not appear "in costume" to provide a repository for all the pictures of dead presidents she had brought along. Perhaps another time...
We're looking forward to the next WCCC event!

Thank you John and Sue. My wife, kids, and I had a great time. The kids really enjoyed playing in the basement and in the pool. Great seeing everybody again. Can't wait until the next event.
Maybe we'll do another camp fire real soon?

Thanks Sue and John for welcoming us into your home. I know it must have been a little nerve racking at first knowing the group that was about to show up.
By the way why can't we just come out and say that the bag was Wolfie's. We all know it. He meant to bring the other bag with the liederhosen and pig-tail wig and probably got excited and grabbed the wrong one.

You're all quite welcome! We'll do it again sometime. I would really like to know how many cars I can fit on the front lawn AND the driveway. I'm thinking I'll park there from now on...
John
PS I think the real thanx goes to Sue, she did almost everything. Kudos to the missus for her efforte!

Pheeeew!!!! it's a good thing that I decided to do a test run on saturday to see where you guys live, 'cause Blas told me the picknick was going to be on Thursday the 17th????? Go figure!
That's the reason I didn't have my lederhosenpantyhosens on.
Next time for sure, and I will be sure to get the correct date from the new directors.
Thanks John and Sue for letting us join you guys, we had a great time. You have a great place. I, like all of the other guys, can't waite for my wife to kick me outa-da-house so I can take you up on the offer to live in that cool bachelor pad in your basement.
Thanks again,,,,,, I think I'll start an argument with the wife right now. I'll let you know when she wants me out!
