September 16 - Byron Dragway - Reminder (Reprint)

Ahhh, what day is it today? Is it friturday yet? I haven't seen the light of day since the "incedent" happened. Thanks for the lift home Arcy, and thanks for deserting me before I could get my story straight! I tried to tell her that it just quit on me on the way to Byron, that I never even got a chance to race, but she would'nt go for it. I think it was something one of the Sue s said to her {"what a looser Wolfie is!" } Thanks girls! So anyway after you guys left she made me do a "timeout" in the corner of the cellar till dinner time. And I got grounded for six weeks and I can't watch TV or listen to the radio or have toast for breakfast untill I tell her the truth. And I aint talkin, man she is strong willed. I must be a saint and a marter to put up with it.
Anyway she won't allow me to go into the garage or even look at the car. But I'm smarter than she is, I just snuck out at 3:30 in the morning today and went into the garage. But alas she is smarter than me after all, she rigged an electric wire from an outlet to the door knob and left the water hose dripping on the floor in front of the door! Oh S#@t did that hurt! When I finally got in, nun of the lights worked, fudge!
So I have not had a chance to make an assesment of the damage. It may come as a surprise to some of you but there was no damage done to "my" rear end but rather to the rear end of my car!! So please stop all of the childish inuendos already and grow up.

Now the truth; I have been too busy at work to look at the car. Chris said he would try to come over sometime this weekend to help me figure out what the problem may be. If'n it rains friday I will most likley need to go to work on saturday. It sucks to be Wolfie!!

Now the real truth; I am the king of my castle and as soon as I knaw through these shakles I'm going out to the garage and check it out! Grounded or not!!
