Anyone going to the Maple Park Car show?

Thera's a show in Maple Park on Sunday.$20 per car and lots of chrome to go around!Supposed to be handing out over 100 trophies and stuff.It's going to be a wonderful day for a ride in the country anyway.Registration starts at 0900.(that's 9am for the civilians)

I just can't see car owners having to pay to enter a show like this. The town stands to benefit by having all the car owners and spectators come and patronize the local businesses and vendors pay a fee to be able to set up their booths. Then to make the car owners, THE ENTERTAINERS, FOR GOODNESS SAKE, have to pay for the PRIVILEGE of putting on the show is pretty freakin' cheap. IMHO...

So they give out a hundred trophies...BFD...trophies are CHEAP.

It's fun to park in the spectator parking lots at these shows and watch the people flock to our cars.
