It's always more exciting for the rest of us when Ralph drives the Cobra, you never know what's gonna happen. When he drives the molester van, he's the only one who has fun.

If weather holds true to forecast (no rain), count me in. I hope to get further than last year, only made it to Elgin before thinking it might not be a good idea. I don't want to try out my big umbrella solution to the elements.

And if you want to meet up North I'm pretty sure Jeff K. will post an address. Plan is to have the Culver's folks meet up in Woodstock with Jeff K and gang then drive up to QS&L.

I think it happens because I bought junk masquerading as quality. The new one was $375 the old one said SFI approved but apparently wasn't or at least wasn't up to the massive power created inside my little motor.

Sten - try gettin hold of Jeff, he was at one time talking about bringing a north side contingent & meeting us in Woodstock. I'd suggest Chris or Sid, but you'd have better luck with Jeff.

Sure looks like good weather and sounds like a good ride, but we cannot make it. Multi birthday parties this weekend, so I better stay home. Karlene's family coming from Green Bay Friday and staying til Sunday.

Maybe I should go to escape.....

Sten,

One group will meet in Culver's on 47 and another in Woodstock.

Culver's group will leave at 9am SHARP and go to Woodstock to pick that group. I have no clue how long it takes to get to Woodstock but whatever that time is when we(Culver's group) will be there.
Since you and Jeff are up there lets battle it out for a location to meet you guys.

First person to pick a place in Woodstock to meet at with an address wins. DONE DONE AND DONE! Let the games begin.

P.

And by the way guys we don't want this thread to drop off so keep posting to it. We need to talk it up to get an idea of who is interested in going. You know what...screw it if you wanna go SHOW UP! FYI this event is being run by the "pedal on the right" gang. So bring your GPS Marty.

To the Woodstock Group,

Should we meet at the Mobile gas station, which is on the east side of 47 about a mile north of the 47 & 120 intersection? This is where we stopped for gas a few weeks ago. Be ready to join up with the "pedal on the right gang" at 9:10am. What do you think?
