So does the single hoop roll bar on a newish Superformance Cobra pass the broom test?

JJ.

Passing the broomstick test depends on driver height. A stick is put on the roll bar at its highest point and on the windshield. Most groups want 2" above the helmet to the stick. Some tracks enforce this, some groups enforce it, and some look the other way if the bar is near the height of the helmet. Check with the group before you sign up.

JJ, we are fine with a single hoop as long as it passes the broomstick test as Jim noted in the post above.

I received a call earlier this week from a potential attendee asking "How many run groups and how many sessions each day?". We run three (Novice, Intermediate and Advanced) run groups with six, 20-minute run sessions scheduled for each run group per day.

Hope to see you at the track!

We (www.MVPTrackTime.com) have a limited number of spots remaining in all three run groups for our September 5-6 track weekend at Blackhawk Farms.

Feel free to contact me at (314) 249-3770 if you have any questions. Happy Motoring and I hope to see you at the track!
