Yes. The photo was taken at an SOA Convention at the Heidleburg Country Club in Reading, PA .

Carter Gette took me for a ride in this monster when I met him at his Ford dealership in the early 1970s. I think it had a 4.56/1 final drive ratio, or maybe something even shorter. The indentations of my death-grip on the top of the passenger door should still be visible! What a ride! 15 years later I wound up buying another Cobra that Carter owned at one time, CSX3047. RIP Carter; great fella.

awesome, but did anyone catch the cable throttle linkage? now thats not stock. there must have been some clearance issues that nessitated switching to a cable.
