You do not have to worry about his head clearing the roll bar in a roll over. He does have a problem reaching the gas pedal and brake with his legs. And he can barely see out of the car. I would say that you should not say "pull over to the right lane now" but "get out of the way".

What a lucky kid. His peers only get to drive toy cars and he get to pretend drive a real Cobra.
