who is the model made by ? There seems to be alot of 289 cobra slot cars based on the 427 s/c

All my own work! It was the Airfix 427 kit, but I made the hardtop from scratch, modified the wings, FiA wheels, oilcooler/nose opening, cutback doors etc. about 100 hours! I started it over 20 years ago, must get it finished one day!

Nice one,Ive got an unstarted Airfix 427 Cobra,when you have finished your model,you can build me one too !! Looking at the photo`s you have done a nice job,especially building the hardtop from scratch,I think it needs a new paint job though.
Im still building my Marsh Models kit of "645 CGT" thats taken over 3 years so far

When you`ve finished that, you can start on the Provence Moulage, eh?
Yeah, it`s taken so long that the clear perspex sidescreens have gone yellow!
