I had good reason to opt out. I'm in lower upstate NY, not as far up as you guys. Also people were using email's like it was a forum. My email was getting blown up. Instead of hitting just "Reply", and not "Reply To All", I didn't need to read 20 confirmations of who was going or not going to a car show that was well over 100 miles from me. When you have to use GoogleMaps to find out where a car show is...its too far for a week night.

As far as it being on FFCars, I don't own a FFR so I don't have any reason to be on that site, and besides, they surely promoted it here over the years, so why couldn't they cancel it here too, out of courtesy??

I'm just annoyed at finding out so late in the game, maybe we would have gone to the Shore instead, but with July 1st less than a week away, the chances of getting a reservation is probably zippooo. I didn't even tell the wife yet....this ought to be fun
