Ron, Mine is a 2003 with ET pin drives. The valve stem is located in the center web area between spokes (approx 1/2" thick)

I used TR413 stems (standard 30mm) like these.

I also purchased a set of TR600HP (for trucks) as the pull-thru looked better but didn't use them
