One thing I know is, you can't trust the original times in the magazines! When Motor magazine in England, finally got a hold of a MKIII Cobra in 1967, a car prepared by John Woolfe putting out 500hp, they got almost the exact same time to speed readings as Road & Track got five years earlier with CSX2000, the prototype Cobra with a 260! 0-40 2.6, 60, 4.2, and 80, 6.8. Snake 2998, I found and old post with in-depth member performance
criteria compiled on a list. This could provide some real world data
points to help develop your program. The list notes stats plus
HP and tire selection. Most of the Top 20 were on drag radials,
but a few on street tires achieved impressive results. Probably
safe to say all were on a prepped surface.

Also, Wallace Racing has a 0-60mph calculator based on known
660' time and speed here:

Wallace Racing -Calculate how fast your car goes 0 - 60 mph

If the Wallace Racing routine is anywhere near accurate, it would suggest that 660' times under 7.5 seconds
translates to a 0-60mph time under 3 seconds. I don't know, you be the judge.
