Thanks, guys. I used a combination of your rewcommendations.
I removed the rear fuel rail bolt and popped it up about 1/4". Enough to get up under there a little bit.
Then a bought a couple 5/32" hex wrenches and a 1/4" drive 5/32" socket and with some cutting and gluing and bending I made a couple custom tools.
Thanks for the suggestions. They gave me the ideas for the fix.
