Don't know. He said he's tinkered with it here and there attempting to diagnose the issues. He's more of a wrench-turner. Electrical isn't his forte.

With work and kids, he simply doesn't have the time to troubleshoot it.
Once it is up and running, I am certain he will find the time and the motivation to continue getting it into show car shape!
