Well, Sir, what do you call a reasonable offer in this economy? You'll be lucky to get .50 on the dollar. Why don't you just sit on it for 5-10 years? Then you will have an antique.

If you have to have a fire sale due to circumstances then just say so. I suspect some members have deep pockets. Good luck.
