Updates.....  From two reliable sources...
Ok, have heard that the center cone on the Shelby hub is more for centering wire wheels. Wire's do not have a centering spinner nut.
The taper on the spinners itself will center the wheels and the pins and pressure between the hub face will be fine.
So wires center on the hub.....
Halibrand center on the spinner..........
Cleared that up... Phew
