Does anyone know of anyone who got a reserved SB-100 number from DMV? I was told by the DMV Involuntary Transfer people that there was no way to get an SB-100 number except by getting in line and getting lucky. I would have had mine last year if they had'nt waited until 1/10 to pull my registration and title. Oh well I've got a TOP now and at least will enjoy the next several months.
