John....Thats a good question to Superformance....why are they not all the same....
I take it you have an early windshield car, as they started around car# 1250 or there about) with the smaller non bonded glass.

There basically 3 different versions. Had to do with a body change at the cowl to allow modular engines. Some frames have fixed glass and some have replaceable glass...
