G-Force T5 Gear Set??!!

That’s great to know. Thank you for the input. I wondered how much difference 1000+ pounds lighter would make on longevity. Apparently a fair bit. What year is your T5?? There were a bunch of variations over the years(5 I think if you include the T5z) that made them stronger. But I think they still max rated for 300 lb-ft and 330 lb-ft for the Z at the peak

I don't remember the exact year but I was told it came from an 80's Camaro with a stock 5.7. I'll add that I never ran slicks on the rear and I put it through countless hard launches on both asphalt and concrete.
