I have experienced the following after going to fuel injection: The efficiency of fuel injection made my cars exhaust a bit quieter, the roughness or lumpiness at idle was far reduced, I'm sure the fuel mileage had to improve, the car is much more drivable and responsive and it just looks too cool!
