I think you made the wise move to lower the compression to 10:1.....The streetability of the motor will be much more friendly to you. If you were just looking for HP...there are plenty of other ways to get extra HP....

I too have just built a motor (nearly finished).......am going with 10:1 in a 521ci motor with aggressive cam and 8 stacker TWM 58mm throttle bodies EFI.....

I agree with Mr. Fixit...I hope you are running aluminum heads...MUUUCH better!!!
