heres why.........................
the std 390 wheel is net balance,and the correct o.d.
for the 351 m or 400 bell,theres no spacer needed, no mods at all,
bolt on starter and go,ive seen so many poeple have problems w/this swap,its easy,dont worry................
rem u caint use 428cj or scj wheel, ext balance
do u need one?

ps just look on back of wheel,make sure theres no weight,if there is u must have it re balance,let me know if u need more info
