Stick the oil temp sensor in the coolant and the coolant temp sensor in the oil. DUH! 
Water temp boss should be in intake manifold.
Oil temp boss can be built into oil pan or you can put it in a remote oil filter adapter if you are not running an oil cooler. Some of 'em even have 5 holes I think so you CAN run it and an oil cooler.
