Default Engine dyno in Georgia

Y'all,
I'm doing some early planning for my next car project. I'm looking for a shop with an engine dyno (not chassis dyno) to build and run the engine before I install it. If you know of such a place in Georgia, please let me know. I'm particularly interested if you have personal experience with them and can offer a review of their work for you. Thanks.

Default Georgia Dynos

Tommy – You already may be familiar with these. No personal experience with them, but maybe some leads with some leads if nothing else….

In Georgia, just northeast of Atlanta is Jon Kaase Racing Engines. However, with all of the sophisticated equipment they have, getting dyno time from them may be kind of pricey, if they even allow outside engines coming in. But it may not hurt to check with them as they may know of someone closer by who could accommodate your needs.

Jon Kaase Racing Engines, Inc.
735 West Winder Industrial Parkway
Winder, GA 30680

Also in Georgia, just southeast of Atlanta, is Southern Automotive Engines. While they may not have a dyno, they may be able to direct you to someone who does.

Southern Automotive Engines
70 Sims Street
McDonough, GA 30253

Tommy, where in GA? It's a big state. The NAPA down here in Brunswick has an ATS but we're down here right on the coast.

Thanks guys. I'd prefer something in the Atlanta-Valdosta-Columbus triangle, but I'm happy to hear about anything.

They bleed Chevrolet orange, but have both engine and chassis dynos. They've done some great work on my (gag!) Corvette,

Thanks. The project I'm planning will have a Chevy engine, so this is most helpful.

Southern Automotive is co-located with Dixie Machine and they do have an engine dyno.

I've just learned about Jon Kaase. Used to build Dyno Don Nicholson's motors I believe?
