Update
I spoke with someone with some good ties downtown and they are very certain that the bill will be signed by the Gov. I don't know if it would be effective immediately or if there would be a date set.

Also, these folks I spoke with tried thru various people and channels to obtain a copy of the alleged memo from the head of the DMV that shut down the industry and no one would pony up a copy. Go figure..... |
