It is a polished engine. I'm not familiar with the Tru-Trac system but it looks like a standard set of brackets and pulleys?? There are two belts.
When driving, I do see 13.5 to 14v on the electrical gauge. I basically will get one to several starts out of a fully charged battery. The car also has an electrical fuel pump and I will notice it not turning on when I've lost charge.
