I could make 800 if he'd let me..... 
But...
He wants something that will be half-way streetable, run on 92-93 octane, and doesn't require a ton of maintenance. We talked about a big block, but having to change motor mounts, bellhousings, flywheels, etc. just didn't really make sense.
This should be a 650hp engine and if he wants more, he'll have to let me spin it up a little higher. 
I can't give away all the secrets, but the block is a Dart SHP block, no crank triggers or vacuum pumps needed....
