To me the best quality look for a cobra is the original pin-drive in a 15" dia. Vintage makes a great wheel at a great price, these wheels add value to the car and doesn't detract from the car itself...but compliments it.

If the wheel is too big, the car looks like a wheel advertisement (" Oh, what is that car in between those great wheels" - look). Sometimes too big of a wheel make the car into a low-rider look, very cool but not something that you might want to go 130 mph in.
Actually, just about any wheel you put on a cobra really looks good and will compliment your ride..so have fun.
I'm old and have a hard time giving into change. Bill

If you're going to use wire wheels (I love them too BTW), why not use Dayton's? That way they could be knock-off's.

The big reason is cost and I can get knock off caps for these.
