Don't forget the roll bar and hood scoop deletion, Sunburst wheels, bumpers (delete quick jacks), splitter, gas cap, convertible top, as well as the "street" dash and gauges. Also, the flares of the wheelwells are different. But, I'll let the experts add and correct me.
Yes, it can be done, but not cheaply.
