CMC 460 with aluminum heads, intake, water pump,Tremec TKO, scaled at 2650 lbs with wgt bias of 53 rear 47 front.Only problem with car is tires, when they let go,it almost impossible to recover.385 guys don't fret, these rutting wars never end.My dog is bigger than your dog,Who really cares.Out on the highway everybody's fair game win or lose.If you try to go around me,you can bet it won't be a cake walk. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!
Left rear plug, cut and hinged a small door, the tunnel carpet is Velcrowed over it.Did the same for clutch adjustment.

Most likely will not be a cake walk because you will be going down the road sideways

Sideways around in circles, don't matter,it will sure be an intimidating run.Actually setting the pinion angle at 4 degrees really slams the rearend down giving the car hard launches.Your right about losing traction with street tires in the twisties, it's asking for trouble. That's half the fun running on the ragged edge!!
