FE water pump pulley
My Kirkham/427 SO/Southern has always run hot at low speeds, like in town, light-to-light and at idle. There's no question it's an airflow/radiator issue. I believe I started with a 7" pulley and, at someone's suggestion, I switched to a 5 3/4". Now I've been told that it spins too fast and is causing "cavitation" and I should go back to the 7" (which, foolishly, I sold on eBay). Before buying another pulley, does anyone have a thought on this? The car has an Edlebrock high flow water pump. Thanx steve
