How old is everyone??

Just trying to judge the demographic here. I am 31 and have dreamed of a Cobra since I was 12.. I have had 10 fox mustangs but no Cobra yet. Looking at selling my current twin turbo fox stang (which was supposed to be the Cobra donar)...and getting rid of some debt.. then who knows how many years it will be before I get my Cobra.

I'll be 42 in June. I've owned a couple of late model mustangs and a variety of Ford hot rods, mainly pick ups with transplanted big blocks and monster 4x4's. I've been researching and looking at buying a cobra for 3+ years, but have always wanted one since I was a kid.

41 now, fell in love with Cobra's when I was about 10 - 12, saw a black one.

TButtrick 06-01-2010 04:44 AM

Do you mean collectively? I just ticked 50 but I'm a very immature 50.

SunDude 06-01-2010 05:17 AM

I was 42 when I bought mine.

rustyBob 06-01-2010 06:24 AM

Bill Bess 06-01-2010 06:27 AM

I'm so old, I remember as a small child fearing that the Japanese were going to bomb us on a Suday morning....like Pearl Harbor. That's when we referred to them as Japs, certaimly not PC now.

Ron61 06-01-2010 06:34 AM

I was in my 50s when I got mine. I have had muscle cars for the better part of my life of one kind or another. And sold all of them.

Also I find it easier to give my age if I leave off the first 4 numbers and just use the last two over and over.

Ron

Still feel like and 18 yr old most of the time.Certainly remember when the first Cobra hit the streets. If the price were not so high back then, would have owned one.Saw my first 427 Cobra at a dealership here in So Portland the year I graduated high school. All I can is,from that day on knew I would eventually own one,and have since 93.

lnfletcher 06-01-2010 07:11 AM

48 and not counting.

Ron,

They tell me wisdom comes with age. Here is the question--would you rather be wise or old.
I'll be 65 next month--but, young and stupid was fun:3DSMILE:

I would say most of us are stuck somewhere between 12 and 14.
