I use a thick rubber gasket from NAPA. No seepage at all.

i had the same issues with my canton pan drain plug, no matter what gasket i used it seeped. i wrapped the threads with teflon tape problem over. it takes a minute extra but it never leaks.

Bob - Do you use the the thick rubber gasket alone or with a copper gasket?

Anyone know what size the drain plug is on Roush 402? I just changed the oil and don't want waste it measuring the plug.
