Yep, I got a PM about the Cammer(s).
Chas, at 530 lbs more than me, what's a few extra lbs added by my aluminum Trigo wheels, which you kindly would take in trade.
I would save, like, like, like, 10 lbs per wheel and they would get me under 2,100 lbs. PUH-LEEEZE.
Patrick's your best buddy? That just doesn't seem right.

Ron, in reading OLD threads here, I believe an early CSX4000 with all the aluminum bits (block, heads, intake, water pump, rear end, etc.) is/was about 150 +/- lbs more than a Kirkham or approximately 2,300 lbs, but you should definitely get your car weighed and give us an accurate figure since things change over time.
With a Quicktime bellhousing and the usual aluminum bits, my Kirkham weighed in at 2,128 lbs, but I need to find some magnesium Halibrand wheels.

Rod,
I had my #542 weighed...came in a 2068 lbs with a quarter tank of fuel. I was bit surprised and had it double checked, but accurate. Did so when adjusting suspension for my weight, etc.
As engine thread, Keith Craft has been terrific. They actually pick up the phone and talk to you...always a good start in my book.

What? Exactly 50 lbs less? No way!
I'm sure it's all related to the meatier Shelby block as contrasted to the Pond block. (just kidding, take it easy).
Note to self: Must find 50 lbs to lose. On the car. Not me.
