Cobra Make, Engine: Contemporary classics 3041,sbc 350(have no fear ford guys for there is a FE 428 in the garage waiting to be rebuilt & installed) but for now she is a driver while other projects take precidence.

'tis true, did not mean to hijack Tin-man's thread.
Maddmax, one last thing, physical therapy, do it! and do it with conviction, it has probably cut my 100% return time in half. Work on your posture it is the root of a majority of our evils, been working hard on it for 3 months now and can't tell you how much better the rest of my body feels, not just the neck.
Now back to our regularly scheduled thread!!
Very interested in Tin-man's diagnosis, fuel injection and electronics are wonderful things when working correctly but when it starts to go bad.....
The main reason I got the Cobra is because it is basically just 4 wheels and a motor, fewer things to go wrong, that is the inherant beauty of these cars, like an old Jeep, perfectly simple and perfectly suited for it's intended purpose.
