Flyin Freddie RIP
Sad day as we lost another great Cobra buddy......Here is note from Doug Reed that pretty much sums up our feelings for Freddie; 
My good Friend Freddie Rice from Memphis passed away this morning. The world is a little less exciting, colorful, and loving without him. He really was a riot and the life on any party. Also a loving Father of twin boys 11 years old. Those rain drops you may see are the tears of laughter coming from above, as Freddie continues to spread his cheer. RIP my brother, Luv ya man!

I am going to miss Freddie greatly. He has been a good friend for many years and I feel blessed to know him. If you have photos of Freddie being "Freddie", please post them or email them to me at
Hydramada@gmail.com
We would like to have as many different facets of his life presented in a project being worked on for his family.
God speed on your new journey my friend. Until we meet again.....

If I may ask, what was the cause of Freddies passing.

I believe it was liver cancer...
