Race cars are frequently rebuilt. Especially in that day it was not uncommon to take pieces and parts from multiple vehicles. You could see a car wrecked on Friday time trials and appear in the race on Sunday.
So if I get your "opinion", this (admittedly not a Cobra), as it was:

has no value. Go ahead, try to buy it.
Bottom line is that a car with a history ("provenance") has intrinsic value. 2009 has a well documented history.

Now if I can get to Scottsdale in January to get some quality photo time with Ron Pratte's Tucker.
