Has happened at least a half dozen times in the month I've had the car and again this afternoon at the gas station. I would never imagine asking a stranger how much they paid for anything, I don't know, am I off base here or is it normal to be so, hmmmm, direct?

Do not see a thing wrong with someone wanting to know what I paid for something.I would never hesitate to ask,sure I did when gearing up to buy and build my own car.Whenever I sell one of my projects always have the ledger totals for actual cost of everything it took to build that vehicle never including labor other than the hrs.
