thanks for the reply, ill answer things as best i can...

the car is currently not titled. i have the certificate of origin from factory five but that is it.

ill try to find out who's stroker kit it is - i was living in another state while my dad was building the car

the odometer reads 2,499

its a five speed manual transmission - i believe the donor car is an 89 fox body

see attached pics for rear end suspension configuration and axle sorry best i could do in the garage on a rainy day

Rear suspension should be listed as follows:

8.8" rear end (gearing unknown)
3 Link FFR suspension with Pro Shocks

Title wise, you might want to check your dads papers, as putting 2,400 miles on the car without a set of plates is very unlikely unless he had a dealer tag.

thanks for the info bill, as i stated previously i was halfway across the country while he was putting this thing together and i only got bits and pieces of information. looking through the paperwork isnt turning out to be much help either. its all pretty greek to me. i do know he never titled the vehicle because my parents were debating a move from pa to north carolina while he was finishing up the build and he needed to wait till they made the decision to go through the paper work. unfortunately a motorcycle accident took them just a few months after they moved and before he could get it titled. he was a service writer for a gm dealership in both states so im sure he used dealer tags then.

If you are really interested in keeping the car but think your size is a problem, there are lots of guys your size that have made modifications to fit into the car. Moving the seat back, tilting the seat, moving the pedals, and a number of other things may make this a fit for you if you're thinking of keeping it.

thanks man but i think its best if i go a different direction. we already did the extended footboxes and the seat is on an adjustable track but the way my knee gets jammed in there for the gas pedal i can barely stand after about 30 minutes in the car...
