Smile Eight Stack

I bought the GT 40 as a used car but with issues. I torn the car down to rewire it and correct a lot of problems. Plus I want to change the color.

I have not driven the GT 40. And I'm not a tuner person so I have depend on others to help in that area.

After I purchased the car and could not get it to run I called Dale at Eight Stack and he mailed me a couple of DVD's to reprogram the Pantera ECU and a few parts. This system was purchased before Bob bought the company now know as Eight Stack. Bob Hockenberry and Dale have gone out of their way to help me at no charge. They offer a base 300 or 350 hp tune for the 302 motor. After you install the tune with a lap top you can make you own changes. I may change the Pantera unit when crank the car (soon I hope) because I may want more adjustability that it can deliver.

Wayne Presley is the guy to go to if you want to tune a fuel injected, tubo'ed or supercharged car. He lives in South Alabama and several of my buddies have used him for tuning.

I would like to replace the 306 with a 347 for my HP. That may be a spring project. We'll see. I've had a lot delays on working on the 40 this year but I would have to have it ready for the London Cobra Show 2013.

See ya on the road

Dwight
