What Make is This Boss Assembly?

Hi everyone! My first post for my less then one week old owned Cobra! I'm trying to track down the make of this boss and to see where I can order a new one. The center spacer in this one is worn out and so there is a lot of play in the steering wheel. Thanks!

Also, what is a great high performance shock to put into it? They are shot on and it have no resistance or bounce.

Thanks! I'll add my pics when I get it all cleaned up and up to my standard!
