I bought those from Summit as well but what I did was take my propane torch and heated up a drill bit that was a "shade" larger than my spark plug wire sockets and enlarged them that way. I couldn't find my round file at the time.
In fact if I am drilling through carpet (shifter ring etc) I will take a nail and heat it up with the torch and push it thru the holes in the ring and carpet. Doesn't muck up your carpet when you are drilling or running a self taping screw.
