It is likely worth more than $28k. ERAs rarely sell for less than $40k. The engine is a very important factor in pricing. I would say a 427 center oiler is worth $5k more than another FE and a 427 side oiler is worth another $5k more.
Post more pictures and let the ERA experts chime in.
ERA did not offer the optional rear diff when your car was built. Some important options are 6 pin wheels, Smith's gauges and big front brakes.
You may want to call ERA and determine if your car was factory built or a kit and they could also tell you what options came with it. They will also give you access to some special owner information.
I had ERA 178. Your car is from the mid 80's.
