Again, you misconstrue my meaning. Lol

As to what I have said since 2002 I had it right then and still do according to SAAC. So who is really the slow study?

Your interpretation of the "Component Car" (SAI's and CS's own wording) you own, as documented by SAAC seems to be what is called in to question in regards to the "slow study" comment.
