Yes, they're above the the calipers on their own lever arms.

Here is the site for an E-type Rear Rotor Conversion Kit. The price is even a few dollars cheaper than it was 3 years ago.
17-1214 - Vent Rotor Kit E-Type Rear Rotor Conversion
But, someone above mentioned Mickmate may offer a similar upgrade for the rear Jag brakes. I would also check with him and see what he has to offer.
