MoreHP , you need to keep after them . I had the same experience you`re having …. multiple “reasons” why they hadn`t shipped . Everything from Covid to the polisher was sick , and this was only last year . I finally got my system about 9 months late ( I think ) and went to install it a while later ( had to wait until the garage warmed up some ). The driver side went on ok with only a few minor issues , but the passenger side was a nightmare . I finally found that two of their pipes were not aligned correctly and no matter what I did , wouldn`t line up with the primaries . They were about 1/2” out . I finally managed to heat the misaligned pipe and get it close to where it should have been .
I had contacted the mfg several times and he did say to sent them back and he would make it right , but based on my initial wait , it probably have taken another 3 to 4 months.
So , when you finally get yours , make sure you go over them very closely and make sure there are no issues before you try to install them .
You didn`t say what make car you have , but I think ERA uses a company outside of Boston named Tubular Automotive . I can check Monday .
I`m seriously considering pulling the Gas N system off and going with them as I`m not satisfied with what have .
Hope you get this resolved soon …. good luck .
