My question is that I gave a documented steering wheel from a wrecked vehicle at this time. Now I'm not mentioning anything else other than that but you mean allegedly someone can build a million dollar car around this steering wheel? |
There is no VIN on the wheel, so you still have a REAL1 but not an original
