Heres my engine build sheet suggestions?

If the engine isn't using or burning oil, doesn't leak and otherwise operates flawlessly, then I wouldn't touch it. Just drive and enjoy it.

Then when you have the time and money, I'd have someone build you a 2nd engine top-to-bottom (408, 427, etc.), then sell the current engine as a flawless running setup.

That's what I would do.

RodKnock has just given you the best advice money could buy. You should really listen to him. I doubt you will, but you should.
