If its not too gusty you can do up to 30-35mph in a cobra in a heavy downpour with a golf umbrella staying nice'n'dry - but you need a friend riding shotgun to stop it blowing back down the road 
.......tested that one out in a traffic jam on the first drive to the test station, (no ragtop fitted.....and it was a very very wet October English morning). |
