Also make sure the shroud is made correctly so as to not have dead air pockets. I had a friend here who spent a month trying to figure out why his Cobra would overheat and he finally took it to a radiator shop that had some kind of air flow test and found out that he had a lot of dead air space in the shroud which cut down the cool air coming through the radiator. They made a new shroud and his overheating went away.
