i do something similar when i go to the dragstrip.
i use a small soda bottle....melt a hole in the cap, screw in a hose nipple
and hose clamp it on.....a couple tie wraps to hold the bottle.
you can empty it with a unscrew of the bottle leaving the cap clamped to the hose
